Register and bid on incredible items! Thank you for all the amazing donations! Auction opens today at 3 pm; closes June 7 at 2 pm at the Carnival! 2025 Fremont Silent Auction. All proceeds support Fremont PTA. 

Volunteer!

Please sign up to volunteer for a 1-hour shift to help ensure this beloved community event runs smoothly; or donate supplies. It is a completely volunteer run event! Grandparents, aunties/uncles, neighbors and friends are welcome to help out as it is a weekend event!

Carnival Passes

• You can pick up your Carnival Pass(s) at the PTA Check in table at the Carnival. It will be under the purchaser's name. If you haven't purchased one yet, purchase a pass for $35. At the door, they will be $40.

• Play: You'll write the Carnival Pass user's name on the pass; it is valid for their use all day for all you can play Carnival games, giant slide, giant obstacle course, bounce house (1st grade & under). It is valid for trying all the crafts & activities (Glam Booth, Bracelet Making, Arts & Craft, Spin Art, and more).

• Prize(s) are included and you can visit the "treasure chest" anytime to collect your prize.

• Snack & Drink: The pass includes Annie's Snacks for pick up at the Snack Shack; and a lemonade from the Shake Shack booth.

• Goodies: You'll receive a plastic sleeve that contains a limited edition vinyl sticker, pass and the 2 mocktail tickets (if you purchased this bundle), lanyard to wear the pass, and a bag to hold the day's loot. 

  
  

Carnival Merch:

• If you pre-ordered merchandise, it was delivered to your child's classroom last Friday, so you should have received it.

• Merch was pre-sale only. There are no more t-shirts available (kids/adults). There are only several ADULT sweatshirts available (it will be delivered to the classroom if you order by WEDS; or pick up at Carnival thereafter).
