PTA MEMBERSHIP INSTRUCTIONS
Fremont PTA Membership Sign-up Instructions for TOTEM: Please watch our Membership Chair, Erin Hanohano-Lira, in this YouTube video showing you exactly how to join up on Totem. Fremont Elementary has historically offered a Family membership as well. You may sign up three members and add a 4th name in the "Note" section for free (after adding your third member). Your total should read $33. We will manually add in the 4th member when we see it in your Notes (please allow 24-72 hours to reflect your 4th member in your family membership). Your 4th member can be grandparents, a relative, a friend, or a neighbor!

1. Click link and sign in.
2. Once on the Fremont PTA (Long Beach) page, scroll down to click the “Join Now” button.
3. Under Membership Type, choose your category (such as Parent/Guardian) and click “Next.”
