3rd Annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration at Fremont!
Join us for a special evening to honor and remember loved ones we have lost. Not only are we celebrating Trunk or Treat at this the Oct 30th Community Night, we are having our Dia de Los Muertos Celebration! Enjoy live music by Mariachi Estampa Fina! Bring your own picnic, or food is available for purchase by small businesses, Te Quiero Mucho Tamales and The Squirrel Bakery. Enjoy art & crafts!
Contribute to the Community Altar (Ofrenda)
We invite you to bring a photo of a lost loved one (including beloved pets!) to the altar on the night of the event to add to our communal ofrenda.
Alternatively, you can also email your photo to idea@fremont-pta.org by Oct 23 and we will print it for you.
Plus, a generous Fremont parent will be making and sharing samples of authentic café de olla. This traditional Mexican spiced coffee is brewed in a clay pot with cinnamon and unrefined cane sugar, offering a rich, sweet, and fragrant taste of tradition.
