Join Us for the Fremont PTA General Association Meeting — January 13

We’re excited to invite all Fremont families and community members to our upcoming General Association Meeting on Tuesday, January 13, from 6:00–7:30pm.

This meeting is a great opportunity to stay informed, get involved, and—most importantly—connect with one another.

📍 How to Join

• In person: In the Fremont Auditorium. Childcare will be available for anyone who needs it.

• Online: We’ll be simultaneously broadcasting via Google Meet, so you can join from wherever you are.

📝 What’s on the Agenda

Along with our regular programming—which will include:

• Updates on the Mural Project

• A preview of plans for the Jog-a-thon

• Information about upcoming events and programming

• Financial updates from the PTA

—we’re also trying something a little new and special.

🤝 Story Circles: Building Community Together

This meeting will feature story circles, a facilitated activity designed to help us build connection and community across Fremont.

Participants will break into small groups of 6–8 people. Each group will be given a shared question, and everyone will have time to speak and be heard.

The goal is simple but powerful:

• to create space for meaningful conversation

• to meet and talk with people you may not usually interact with

• and to learn from one another’s experiences and perspectives

  
  

For those joining online, we’ll be using breakout rooms so everyone can participate fully.

Whether this is your first PTA meeting or you’re a familiar face, we hope you’ll join us. Your voice, your presence, and your stories all help make Fremont the strong, connected community it is.
