It takes the work of so many helpful parent and family volunteers to make the Fremont PTA function. As we head into a new school year, there are several open roles that we are looking to fill. Some are around a single-day event and others require a few hours each month. If you are interested in learning more or have any questions about the specifics, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

You’re also welcome to fill out our Volunteer Opportunities form with your interests and we can be in touch later in the year as opportunities arise.
And don’t forget to get VIP’ed, the district’s application process that allows for on-campus volunteering during school hours. Here's the latest on getting signed up:
As of Jan. 2022 the VIPS application is available via the VIPS link only (paper forms are no longer accepted).
Spanish Application: https://www.lbschools.net/Asset/Files/EACCR/VIPS/2019/VIPS-App-Gen-Rev-Aug-2019-SP.pdf TB Testing TB test verification must include the date given, the date read (within 48-72 hours), the results of the testing, the name of the medical facility and name of the person the TB Test was administered to.
In lieu of TB skin testing, you may also provide the TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire Certificate of Completion administered by a licensed health care provider. For new volunteers, TB clearance must be dated within 60 days of submission of the application; X-ray clearances must be dated within 6 months of the application.
